Final Purchasing Managers’ survey results from major Eurozone nations are due on Wednesday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.
At 2.45 am ET, the French statistical office Insee is slated to publish consumer confidence survey results for December. The consumer sentiment index is seen falling to 95 in December from 96 in November.
At 3.00 am ET, the Hungarian Central Statistical Office is set to release producer prices for November. Prices had declined 1.3 percent on a yearly basis in October.
At 3.45 am ET, Italy’s services PMI data is due. The services PMI is forecast to rise to 53.6 in December from 53.4 in November.
Final PMI figures are due from France and Germany at 3.50 am and 3.55 am ET, respectively.
At 4.00 am ET, Markit releases final PMI figures for euro area. The composite PMI is expected to match the flash score of 54 in December.
Half an hour later, Markit is scheduled to issue U.K. services PMI data. The index is seen at 55.6 in December versus 55.9 in November.
Eurostat publishes euro area producer price figures at 5.00 am ET. Prices are forecast to decline 3.2 percent on a yearly basis in November after easing 3.1 percent in October.
