Expect Vettel In His Ferrari To Push Hamilton Hard In The AMG MBZ
Sebastian Vettel vows to keep his foot to the floor, as he runs at the 2015 Formula One World Championship.
Mr. Vettel entered the break with a 2nd win of the season, and is bolstered by the news that his preferred choice as Ferrari teammate is staying put for Y 2016.
“Kimi is straightforward and cool,” Mr. Vettel told the Berliner Kurier newspaper as he attended a sponsor appointment at the Cologne Bonn airport before travelling to Belgium. “We get on well together.”
Ferrari has played down their chances of beating the Petronas AMG Mercedes’ to this year’s championships, Mr. Vettel said he is not giving up.
“We will give everything all the way to the end,” he said. “We want to make the impossible possible. If there is a chance, then we need to keep it alive.
“The victory in Budapest was a surprise, but it gave us all a boost.”
Mr. Vettel currently lies 41 pts behind leader Lewis Hamilton.
“We are not in the favorite’s role yet, but we want to change that in the future. We will do everything to continue to annoy Mercedes,” says Mr. Vettel.
This weekend will be Mr. Vettel’s 150th career Grand Prix start.
“When I saw the paint on the car I realized it is Ferrari’s 900th race,” he said. “And it is my 150th, which I also did not realize as I am not counting.
“This race will be the replacement for my missing home Grand Prix.”
Scuderia Ferrari is one of the few names that has a long and rich legacy in Formula One.

Ferrari 1st entered the Formula One Championship in Y 1950 at Monaco. To date Scuderia Ferrari has won 16 Constructors Championships and 15 Drivers Championships.
Ferrari is a unit of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (NYSE:FCAU) and is set to IPO on the NYSE this October.
Qualifying will commence on 22 August 2015 and the race is scheduled for 23 August 2015.
