Finland’s manufacturing confidence remained steady in February, after weakening in the previous two months, survey data from the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) showed Friday.

The manufacturing confidence index was unchanged at -8 in February, below its long-term average of +1.

Production expectations for the next 3 months eased for the first time since August.

Confidence eased to a five-month low in the construction sector and was the weakest in three months in the services industry. The morale indicator fell sharply for the retail industry.
