All West Palm beaches have re-opened on Tuesday after they were closed due to shark sightings.
Police and lifegaurds are advising traveleres to swim at their own risk and with lifeguards on duty.
At 2 p.m. Monday. Officials closed the beaches after the sharks did not leave.
Since then the beaches have been checked to see if the sharks were still in the water and after a complete and thorough search they decided to re open the beach.
Sharks have been attacking in South Carolina over the weekend and two attacks were reported.
The attacks – in which a 12-year-old girl lost part of her arm and suffered a leg injury and a 16-year-old boy lost his left arm less than 2 miles away – happened less than 90 minutes apart Sunday.
