Warmer weather and higher crude oil prices have finally led to an increase in gas prices.
The national average price of gasoline in the U.S. jumped by 7 cents over the past two weeks, to $1.84 a gallon. Still, prices are quite low compared to a year ago.
The highest average price of gasoline was $2.51 per gallon in Los Angeles, while the lowest was $1.33 in Tucson.
According to AAA, the national average is likely to continue to move higher due to spring turnaround activity and reductions in supply in select regional markets.
