Hillary Clinton’s Polls Fall, Showing She Does Not ‘Own’ The Race
I am Bearish Hillary Clinton, have been, will not change. And do not understand why many American voters believe she ‘Owns’ the race for the Presidency in Y 2016.
Last week a poll showed that Mrs. Clinton’s numbers fell from massive double-digit leads over Key Republican presidential contenders to around 1-3 points.
1 poll does not make a trend, but as the polls narrow, expect to see some real concern from the Democrats.
The Dems, by allowing Mrs. Clinton to dominate the fundraising, and take the Big dollars and the media attention, the party is without a plausible alternative for the White House.
The early polls measured whether people recognized the candidate’s name, not whether they were going to vote for her in 18 months.
The GOP race will be sorted out, as the front-runners achieve more public awareness, we will see our highly partisan American electorate lock into much narrower margins.
With that action, Mrs.Clinton will have less room to improve her margins than whoever the Republican is.
Bill and Hillary Clinton have been on the scene for a long time, they have great name recognition, ‘Boy Howdy’ Bill is a beloved politician who can campaign for her. And count on it she will promise that the boom times will come back if American give her the vote.
The public’s ideas about Mrs. Clinton are not so well fixed, that continuing scandal, and corruption can drive them down. But, on the other hand there is noting ahead that can make them spike.
When Democratic voters and pundits begin to learn that this Presidential race is not going to be a cake walk, they will start to look for Hillary alternatives. No one has entered yet, but there are contenders in the wings.
One analysts put it this way, ‘Hillary Clinton is performing without a net, and as the polls narrow, the base will wake up to just how risky that is, even for a seasoned pro.”
