The Indian rupee drifted higher against the U.S. dollar in afternoon deals on Monday.
The rupee spiked up to more than a 4-week high of 65.59 against the greenback, off its prior low of 65.99. At Friday’s close, the pair was quoted at 65.815. The rupee is likely to find resistance around the 64.00 zone.
