Iran no fan of oil freeze
Kuwait’s oil minister said he never got an official invitation to a March OPEC meeting and had only heard about it via the media.
Overall, he said he finds it difficult to imagine there will be a production freeze in some countries and not others. He said he would welcome coordination between OPEC and non-OPEC countries but that the important thing is consensus.
