Lithuania’s EU measure of inflation continued to decline in December, figures from the Department of Statistics showed Tuesday.
The harmonized index of consumer prices, or HICP, slid 0.3 percent year-over-year in December, but slower than previous month’s 0.5 percent drop.
Utility costs fell 3.4 percent annually in December and prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages went down by 0.5 percent.
On a monthly basis, the HICP decreased 0.4 percent in December.
