Light calendar greets US traders
The Fed has gone into its blackout period two weeks before the FOMC meeting starts so that will keep things a bit quieter.
The main economic data point coming up is Thursday when US retail sales are due. That’s probably the only number left that could change the Fed debate ahead of Sept 21.
