Lumber Liquidators (NYSE: LL), the largest specialty retailer of hardwood flooring in North America, is offering free tarps to assist communities in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia impacted by recent historic rainfall.
Residents within the affected areas can visit any of their local Lumber Liquidators stores (http://www.lumberliquidators.com/ll/storelocator) for tarps. The size available – either 9 feet long by 12 feet wide or 20 feet long by 16 feet wide – will vary by store. Lumber Liquidators will help as many families as possible by limiting the number of tarps per visitor.
The Company also delivered a truck of bottled water this morning to its store in Columbia, S.C. (4068-A Fernandina Rd.). Both the free tarps and free water will be available to local residents until supplies have been exhausted.
