Despite the Bankruptcy of American Apparel Inc (NYSEMKT:APP) the fashion segment remains strong.

Miami Bikini Shop, is a vertically integrated manufacturer, distributor and retailer of branded fashion apparel and accessories for women and men.

As of September 28, 2015, the Company operated 2 factories, a design studio. The Company also operates an e-commerce site that serves countries around the world at www.miamibikinishop.com.

In addition, the Company commenced a wholesale business that supplies T-shirts and Beach Wear to distributors and screen printers. The Company operates in 3 segments: Wholesale, Retail, Manufacturing.

The Wholesale segment consists of the Company’s wholesale operations of apparel products sold to distributors and third-party screen printers around the world.

The Retail segment consists of its retail operations online, servicing the global market place.

The Manufacturing segment is based in Thailand and produces Swimwear, T-Shirts, Jeans, Dresses and athletic apparel.

Miami Bikini Shops manufactures under several Brands and will roll out the full range of clothing items around the world in 2016.

The Company competes with American Apparel, Victoria’s Secret, Gildan Activewear, HanesBrands, Russell Athletic, Fruit of the Loom, The Gap, Urban Outfitters, H&M, Uniqlo and Forever 21.

Private Label Manufacturing

If you don’t find what you’re looking for in our online catalog, you may want to consider placing a private label order. Since we do all of our manufacturing in-house, we have a lot of flexibility when it comes to custom orders, including the ability to use custom patterns, stitching, colors, and fabrics. Your custom products can be based on one of our existing products, or we can design something specifically for you.

Samples

With each Miami Bikini Shop private label order, you will receive a sample before we start full production. We will not begin production until you are completely satisfied with, and have approved, your sample.

Turnaround Time

We measure our turnaround time in days and weeks, not months. You will typically receive your sample 7-10 days business after placing your order, and your complete order 2-4 weeks after approving your sample.

Private Label Orders

We can sew private labels into any of our products, or any custom product you work with us to produce. We do request that labels have a 3/8″ bleed so your logo doesn’t get cut off in production. The minimums for a private label order will be based on the style being ordered. Each style/fabric will have different minimums. The average minimum for a custom order will be between 600-1,200 pieces per style, 200 per size.

Please note that Miami Bikini Shop is not a general contractor and will only produce styles that require basic sewing construction.

Custom Colors

We can produce any style in virtually any color – all we need is a fabric swatch or Pantone™ swatch. You will typically receive your lab dip sample 1-2 weeks after placing your order, and your final production fabric two weeks after approving your sample. When ordering a custom color we require the customer to order in full lots and the customer is required to consume everything that is produced form the fabric. Miami Bikini Shop will not store any custom fabric.
