    Happy Sunday! I hope your weekend was relaxing and productive.  For some, Sunday marks the the end of the weekend and the start of a long week.  It doesn’t  have to be a “long’ week.  If you take the time to proactively schedule some energizing workouts and enjoyable activities into your week, today, you’ll be surprised how the energy from those short breaks carry you through the rest of the day.

Exercise is no longer just for fun.  With our society getting more and more sedentary due to technological advancements that keep us glued to our office chairs, phones, and computer screens, getting active needs to be just as much a part of your lifestyle as brushing your teeth, and working.
