Business confidence in New Zealand dropped in April, the latest survey from ANZ showed Wednesday.
The business confidence fell to 30.2 in April from 35.8 in the previous month.
“Business confidence remains elevated, despite easing in April. A net 30% of firms are optimistic about the general economy,” ANZ said.
The activity outlook for April came in at 41.3, down from 42.2 in the preceding month.
