FXStreet (Mumbai) – As per Reuters report, Qatar’s energy minister said the OPEC group is evaluating extraordinary meeting.

Similar news had hit the wires earlier today, however, the group’s strongest member Saudi Arabia has made it clear time and again that it would cut the produce if other non-OPEC suppliers agree to do so.

Meanwhile, Iraqi oil minister was also on the wires stating that the country plans to increase its output to around 4 million barrels per day this year from the Iraqi southern fields. This is an increase of roughly 200-300k on current production.

As per Reuters report, Qatar’s energy minister said the OPEC group is evaluating extraordinary meeting.
