Poland’s economic growth accelerated more than initially estimated in the third quarter, latest figures from the Central Statistical Office of Poland showed Monday.

Gross domestic product grew a seasonally adjusted 3.7 percent year-over-year in the three months ended September, which was revised up from a 3.6 percent climb reported earlier. In the second quarter, the growth rate was 3.5 percent.

The non-seasonally adjusted GDP advanced 3.5 percent annually in the September quarter, revised from 3.4 percent, faster than the 3.3 percent rise in the preceding quarter.

Quarter-on-quarter, the economy expanded 0.9 percent in the third quarter, confirming the flash data, following a 0.8 percent increase in the previous three-month period.
