The European Central Bank is not exerting all means to provide the optimal monetary tools for Germany.
German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble reiterated the central bank should introduce tools which would benefit all 19 member nations of the European Union.
He added the ECB is not doing enough to offer the best policies for Germany, reiterating all institutions should be up to engage in a public debate.
