A government data in Japan revealed that jobs availability in the country rose to the highest in more than 20 years.
The jobs-to-applicants ratio rose to 1.15 from 1.14 in January, to reach the highest level since March 1992.
New job offers fell 3.5 percent in February from previous month but were up 1.7 percent from a year earlier.
