The Japanese yen advances against most major counterparts on Tuesday, as gains in main stock markets are igniting the sale of the currency’s perceived safety.
The yen closed at ¥127.52 per euro, ¥119.49 per US dollar, ¥177.98 per British pound, and ¥124.89 per Swiss franc.
