Swiss agribusiness company, Syngenta, is looking at takeovers, joint ventures, or asset sales, Chairman Michel Demare told a Swiss newspaper.
In an interview published on Wednesday, Demare said, “I would be surprised if no transaction materialises in the next half year”.
