Stocks in the UK were little changed, with FTSE 100 Index set for its biggest weekly gain in six.

Rio Tinto Group and Glencore Plc rose 1.5% as metal prices rose. Capita Plc declined 1.7% after Exane BNP Paribas worried about earnings and cut its rating on the shares to underperform, similar to sell, from neutral.

The FTSE 100 fell by less than 0.1% at 8:50 a.m. in London. It has risen1.8% this week, lifted by commodity and oil shares.
