Saudi Arabia is trying to trim government waste
There is no indication that Saudi Arabia plans to cut anything related to the energy industry.
Bloomberg reports that the government is trying to trim a budget deficit that’s risen to 16% of GDP. The cuts would include infrastructure projects and trimming or merging government ministries.
