Singapore’s home sales declined notably in December on weak demand, data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority showed Friday.

Developers sold 384 units in December compared to 759 units in November. Sales plunged 49 percent.

Data released earlier this month showed that home prices declined for the ninth consecutive quarter in three months to December. Prices had decreased 0.5 percent in the fourth quarter.
