Slovakia’s EU measure decreased for an eleventh straight month in October and the pace of decline remained unchanged from the previous month, preliminary data from the Statistical Office Of the Slovak Republic showed Monday.

The harmonized index of consumer prices, or HICP, declined 0.5 percent year-on-year, same as in September. The measure have been falling since December last year and the latest fall was the biggest since February.

Month-on-month, the HICP edged up 0.1 percent in October after a 0.2 percent fall in the previous month. That was the first increase in four months.
