The wheels are coming off
The S&P 500 was up 8 points earlier in the day but had been bobbing and neared unchanged a few times in choppy trading.
In the past hour it broke to a session low and then into negative territory. It’s continued to slide down to 2046. Yesterday’s low of 2045 is key near-term support.
