Sweden’s unemployment rate remained stable in October, data from the Swedish Public Employment Service/AMV showed Wednesday.

The jobless rate came in at 4.13 percent in October, the same rate as seen in September. The rate also matched economists’ expectations.

However, on a seasonally adjusted basis, the unemployment rate rose to 4.14 percent from 4.05 percent in the previous month.

At the end of October, there were 372,010 registered unemployment compared to 368,891 in September.

The youth unemployment rate fell to 13.3 percent in October from 15 percent a year ago.
