The Turkish Lira lost ground against the U.S. dollar in early New York trading on Thursday, as oil prices declined following a lower-than-expected draw on US stockpiles and amid worries over the outcome of Brexit referendum.

The Turkish Lira declined to near a 2-week low of 2.9452 against the greenback, off its early 3-day high of 2.9117. The Turkish Lira is likely to find support around the 3.06 mark. The pair finished yesterday’s trading at 2.9242.
