The U.S. dollar weakened against most major currencies in the Asian session on Monday.

The U.S. dollar fell to more than a 6-month low of 1.1500 against the euro, from Friday’s closing value of 1.1380.

Against the yen and the Swiss franc, the greenback dropped to 1-1/2-month lows of 120.72 and 0.9364 from last week’s closing quotes of 122.01 and 0.9454, respectively.

If the greenback extends its downtrend, it is likely to find support around 1.17 against the euro, 119.00 against the yen and 0.92 against the franc.
