The U.S. dollar has been declining against its major counterparts in European deals on Monday.

The greenback weakened to more than a 6-week low of 0.9321 against the franc and more than a 7-month low of 1.1573 against the euro, compared to last week’s closing values of 0.9455 and 1.1380,respectively.

The greenback slipped to more than a 3-month low of 119.53 against the yen and near a 2-month low of 1.5779 versus the pound, off early high of 122.05 and a 4-day high of 1.5629, respectively.

If the greenback continues slide, it is likely to challenge support around 0.92 against the franc, 1.17 against the euro, 118.00 against the yen and 1.585 versus the pound.
