HOUSTON, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) — The American Petroleum Institute (API)reported Tuesday that U.S. crude oil inventories rose 3.947 million barrels for the week ending Feb. 9. The API reported last week a 1.05-million-barrel decline of crude oil, along with a draw in gasoline inventories of 227,000 barrels.
