It is a tough one to figure out….
Another level of interest was brought to my attention by follower Ricardo. Looking at the monthly chart, the move down from the 1998 high to the 2011 low comes in at 111.64. The price has traded above and below that level in trading today, but with no hourly closes below the level. Will the level be a base?
