Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced the firm has opened a new office in Miami, bringing the total number of offices across North America to 17 and marking its first office opening in the Southeast U.S. The new office, located at 15150 NW 79th Court, Suite 200 in Miami Lakes, Florida, will specialize in architectural, interior architectural design, civil engineering and branding services for commercial real estate and corporate clients.

An industry leader in the design of commercial and corporate real estate, Ware Malcomb has consistently achieved significant growth over the past five years, increasing annual revenue over 170% from 2010 to 2015. Over the past 15 months, the firm has opened new offices in New York and Seattle, and announced expansions in its Northern California, Toronto, Denver, and New Jersey offices.
The firm also announced Stirling Moore has been promoted to Regional Manager and will assume leadership of the new Miami office. Since joining Ware Malcomb in 2014 as a Senior Project Architect in the firm’s New Jersey office, Moore has taken an active role in managing client projects and establishing a presence for Ware Malcomb in Florida.
Ware Malcomb Principal Michael Bennett, based in New Jersey, is overseeing the growth of the firm’s Florida operations and continues to work closely with clients in the region. “Since 2013, Ware Malcomb has been providing architectural services for 10 new buildings for Flagler Global Logistics in the Miami and Titusville markets,” said Bennett. “Most recently, we provided architecture and interior design for a 252,500 square foot built-to-suit distribution warehouse and offices for Starboard Cruises in Miami. We look forward to growing our office and providing a high level of service to our clients in this key market.”
