Switzerland’s ZEW survey data is due at 5.00 am ET Wednesday. The economic expectations index stood at -23.2 points in April.
Ahead of the data, the franc traded mixed against its major counterparts.
While the franc declined against the pound, it recovered from early lows against the yen and the greenback. Against the euro, the franc held steady.
The franc was quoted at 0.9368 against the greenback, 1.4540 against the pound, 1.0416 against the euro and 128.99 against the yen at 4:55 am ET.
