Germany’s manufacturing employment increased in March, data from Destatis showed Friday.
The number of people worked in manufacturing units advanced 1.2 percent or 63,000 from the prior year.
At the same time, the number of hours worked increased 4.4 percent in March. The earnings grew 4.9 percent to EUR 21.1 billion.
