The ‘will she, won’t she’ saga of whether Christine Lagarde will stand trial in France looks to be settled
Not new news but the French Supreme court has ruled that the IMF head will stand trial over the case for alleged negligence after signing off an arbitration decision in favour of Bernard Tapie. At the time she was finance minister to vertically challenged Nicolas Sarkozy.
