At 4.30 am ET Tuesday, U.K. CIPS/Markit construction Purchasing Managers’ survey results have been released. The pound gained slightly against its key counterparts following the data.
The pound was trading at 1.4696 against the greenback, 174.91 against the yen, 1.4785 against the Swiss franc and 0.7341 against the euro around 4:32 am ET.
