The RNC official gets underway
Obituaries have been written on the Never Trump campaign but it’s not dead yet. The Rules Committee meets this afternoon and minority reports can be issued and voted on at that time. If they get 28 votes on the 112 member committee, that rule would go to the floor for a general vote. In that case, any rule could be changed, including ones that would allow delegates to ‘vote their conscience’.
