Empire Fed misses estimates
The US dollar fell around 15 pips across the board after the Empire Fed slipped to -6.8 from -1.9, missing the +1.0 estimate.
Factories have been a consistent drag since the crisis but it’s an increasingly small part of the economy, especially if you strip out mining and energy.
