Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the Bank of Canada decision Wednesday
The economic outlook has deteriorated and although the Bank of Canada (BoC) will stay on hold, it will likely downgrade growth in its Monetary Policy Report. However, we do not expect an overly dovish message in the statement or press conference.
