EBay has sold back to Craigslist its 28.4% stake in the online classified advertising company, the company said in a blog post.
The ecommerce company said all litigation between them will also be dismissed.
There has been feud between the two companies for years in civil court over allegations that eBay took a stake in Craigslist and then misappropriated confidential information while secretly planning its own classifieds site.
